Improve Product Development Lead Time for Textile Industry (Minitab, dplyr, ggplot, Root cause analysis, AutoCAD)

Performed RCA analysis using SPC controls tools and DMAIC to eliminate the natural causes and decrease the overall idle time for machine by 16.74% using Minitab and also performed Value Stream Mapping to reduce steps used in procurement of raw materials.
