1999-2006 Substance Abuse Counselor: Worked as a substance abuse counselor for a period of 5 years with people who had substance abuse problems. I provided Treatment, Individual and group counseling and therapy on a weekly basis, dealing with at risk families, and drug screens. Employed for 5 years

Former Employment: Mental Health Counselor: Worked as a Mental Health Therapist with Wisdom for Living, Inc. We contract with Polk County School Board. I was employed for 5 years.

Job Responsibilities: Provided Individual and group counseling with ESE Students within the school system. Worked with Elementary, Middle and High School Students. My obligations were to work with teachers, ESE Staff, and families. I, Provided weekly progress notes and quarterly reports for each student in compliance with Polk County School Board Requirements. 2006-2011- Mental Health Therapist, for Wisdom for Living, Our company contract with Polk County School Board. Our contract was terminated with the economy crashed. Worked with students during school hours for therapy sessions. Most of the students were ESE students. Met with students on a regular basis, sometimes more than once weekly. Met with staff, and parents to discuss behavioral problems, grades and progress reports.
