Followed common laboratory practices, equipment and analysis techniques to analyze blood properties through sample manipulation, solution preparation and instrument maintenance, on equipment such as YSI 2300 Stat Plus and GEM 3000.

Directed, planned and implemented clinical trials involving the public.

Trained to safely handle level 2 biohazardous waste.

Investigated returned products that were associated with customer complaints and recorded the results within the complaint record.
