Responsibilities as a Regional Coordinator:
Purpose:
The Regional Coordinator will have an essential role in various T&C team activities & with Temporary operations team and supports the Facilities Coordination Manager in on-site activities coordination. He will coordinate the site activities During Testing and Commissioning phase and will participate in the protection of various Work parties against the electrical risk and train movement risk. He has to deal with different people coming from several domains of activity such as civil works, MEP Works, Power Supply, E&M, Signalling,Communications,Rolling Stock,HSE etc.
Responsibilities:
a)Review and Analyze the work application (PTW) for Works from Work Parties who planned to work in CCRM (Construction and Commissioning Railway Management) Area.
b)Distribute the Temporary operations Notice to all Work Parties and Make PTWs accordingly.
c)With close coordination with T&C Operation Team, review work application for Train/MV movement for operations/testing.
d)Base of all communication for Works, Train/MV/WT movement within CCRM Area and during implementation of Incident Response Procedure.
e)Giving the access to work parties having approved PTWs in the Track Area and Energy Rooms in Coordination with T&C team.
2. Keolis Hyderabad Mass Rapid Transit System Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad.

Responsibilities as a Traffic Controller:
Responsible for smooth Functioning and Safe Train Movement of all Trains running on the respective Mainline.
Monitior Supervise and Control Automatic Train Control System During Normal and abnormal scenarios.
Manage Failures on the trains and Signalling system,Regulate Traffic using Relevant Procedures and resume normal operations as quickly as Praticable.
Coordinate with Maintenance teams(Works,Track work,Power Supply,Overhead line etc) & Planning cell and monitor the execution of work Accordingly.
Coordinates with Traction power controller and Depot Controller for all the field works(Permit to work granted by Chief controller) especially the one that needs Power block and Train Movement.
Coordinating with other OCC Controllers,Train Crew Controllers,Train operators,Station controllers,and Maintenance staff while managing normal and abnormal scenarios
Select and Implement Timetables as per Schedule in Consultation with OCC Chief Controller.
Achievements:
Successfully completed the Initial Training about Train Operations & Metro system, in Bangalore Metro Rail Limited Training Institute and got the Certificate.
Successfully completed the Theoretical Training of THALES Signaling System for Hyderabad Metro Operations and got the Certificate.
Successfully completed the Theoretical and Practical training as Traffic Controller and Train Crew Controller and Got the Competence Certificates.
Successfully completed the PIC training and got the certificate as PIC.
Got the certificate as Trainer for training new batches.
3. Worked in “Voyants Solutions Pvt Ltd” as a Field Engineer (Quality Assurance) for AP Rural-HVDS in Adilabad Dist From Aug 2013 to Feb 2014.
Duties include Inspection of Material as per standards and Monitoring the works done by the contractor etc .
4. Worked as Project Associate in “ICRA Management and Consulting Services” (IMacs) From Sep, 2011 to Aug, 2013 and made my presence in following projects.
High Voltage Distribution System (HVDS) Survey and Design using GPS.
Duties Include time to time Coordination with Govt officials and Management for collecting the required data Such as Location of Substation, 11KV Feeder Length, No of DTR’s in a Feeder, Consumer Details And their Respective Loads before and after Survey in Anantpur Dist Andhra Pradesh.
Maintaining and Managing the team of Engineers.
Monitoring the survey works done by the Teams.
Assigning the target to the engineers.
Preparing Pole Schedules, DTR and Consumer details as per clients Requirement.
Giving Training For new employees on Survey works and GPS Instrument.
Checking the Drawings with the Existing network on site With GPS Points Collected.

In This Assignment,Third party verification is done by verifying the data submitted by Discom with the Existing Data in the Sub-stations for Various Urban feeder across Mumbai(Maharastra)
5. Worked as a Site engineer in “ICSA INDIA LTD” from june 2008 to may 2011 in Projects Execution Department in Banswara(Rajasthan).
Projects handled : Rural Electrification Projects such as RGGVY and FRP.
