Handling salary negotiations, payroll system and compensation administration.

Managing various activities related to compensation management, pay roll processing and attendance.

New Systems & Policies

Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.

Developing/updating and implementing compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organisation at all levels.

Counselling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction & HR Survey & community development activities.

Performance Appraisals

Handling Performance Management System and identifying scope for enhancing the same.

Initiating rewards & recognition programmes & implementing incentive system for motivating employees.

Managing the Welfare activities

Training & Development

Identifying training needs and preparation of training modules, calendar, schedules & batches for imparting training including measurement of effectiveness.

Conducting managerial and technical trainings to enhance the managerial and soft skills of the employees.

Budgeting & organising customised training programmes based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

As Line HR tracking the presence and performance of all associates

Responsible for Joining, induction, grievance and issue solving and exit formalities.

Ensuring that all the associates submit the relevant documentation at the time of joining and coordinating with consultants in verification of the same.

Manpower planning in terms of back fills.

Capturing periodic feedback and proposing strategic interventions to the Top Management.

Identifying associate concerns and suggesting suitable interventions.

Associate Motivation and Retention Activities.

Conducting skip levels and providing feedback at regular intervals to relevant stakeholders on response of associates to existing policies and procedures.

Supporting the recruitment team at recruitment drives and also responsible for internal redeployments.

Handing end to end responsibilities to ensure that less number of associates are on performance improvement plan during Training / Nesting / production floor.

Internal Job Posting (IJP) - Identifying the positions / Identifying the Processes in which the IJP can be floated / defining the eligibility criteria / Getting on necessary approvals / Conducting Test / Interview & Communicating the feedback on the interviews for associates who didn’t qualify / Communicating the results and facilitating the closure of formalities. Responsible for handling the IJP at org Wide.

Facilitating Quarterly Team Outings

Conducting Fun at work – Communicating the events on the floor on / off floor.

Floor Walking – Conducting pulse check informally on the floor to check the pain areas of the associates. Conducting formal skip level for TM / TL.

Ensuring 100% compliance to attendance tool and ensuring data flow to payroll for payments of - Stretch hours / Incentives / Attendance bonus / loyalty bonus / Comp Off payouts.

Auditing the payroll out before the disbursement.


Develop and implement the HR /TM and People strategies aligned to the business objectives. Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation. Forming strong relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and coach in a high performance environment.

Partner the management team to project manage organisational and procedural changes within the business area.

Be responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues).

Lead the work to regularly review the company's talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession planning.

Where necessary, work in partnership on projects to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement programmes (e.g. changes to working practices, organisation changes and business “excellence” or lean programmes)

Recruitment duties

Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process.

Overseeing the day to day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the company resource plan, sifting and selection of CV’s, attending interviews and selecting candidates

Creating and continually improving offer letters and contracts of employment, whilst managing the timely distribution of such documents.

Managing the collation of references, DBS and security clearance as relevant to each role.

Ensuring all relevant ID, certificates and employee documents are received on or before 1st day of employment

Training duties

Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development.

Manage a training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on.

Manage and develop direct reports.

Liaise with the finance department to ensure control of training and development expenditure within agreed budgets.

Liaise with other managers to understand all necessary aspects of their learning and development needs, and to ensure they are fully informed of corporate learning and development objectives.

Succession plan and ensure training is aligned to support the plan.

Develop training and communications materials to support learning and development needs.

Ensure training activities meet and integrate with company strategies and policies.

Write and deliver training lessons to continue personal development of Line Managers throughout the company.

Manage the organisation and delivery of company induction sessions, including writing and delivering the presentations.

Maintain the currency of the Training Matrix and share the information company-wide.

Develop an Academy approach to the design of a behavioural competency framework and Learning Programmes that support each job level with the business.

General Management duties

●Responsible for Employee Engagement. Taking initiatives to engage the staff to their work.

●Responsible for Performance Management of employees.

●Responsible for creating Ids (Mail) of Employees.

●Prepare Salaries, Responsible for time to time Compensation and Benefits.

●Planning events or activities regularly or on some occasions like celebrating employees birthday, monthly refreshment etc.

●Responsible for all documentation. Handling Exit Formalities of employees. Issuing relieving letter and letter of experience. Doing the full and final settlement for the person.
