Recruited for and successfully elevated LPMC Level IV trauma center to a Level III designation through implementation of concurrent patient performance improvement, daily trauma patient rounds, advanced trauma training of all nursing staff (ED, ICU, Ortho-surgical) and establishment of 24/7 orthopedic and Neurosurgical services.

Respond and assist in care of all higher level trauma activations in the ED.
