Job Description:

• Anthena modification of Black Hawk Hellicopter

• Aircraft recovery of Hawk 61 aircraft.

• Replace and or make repairs to the skins and structural components of CN-235 aircraft.

• Inspect C-130 aircraft components and determines the requirement for and accomplish

layouts, repair and manufacture of structural and sheetmetal components assemblies and

sub assemblies.

• Replace or make repairs to the aircraft BOIENG 737 classic and EMBRAER aircraft skins and structural components of the aircrafts as required by using appropriate technical orders, blueprints, engineering drawing and tools.

• Take appropriate safety measures and comply with safety procedures to ensure against

personal injury or damage of equipment.

• Determine fixture requirements for repair as required by Technical Data or Engineering

directives.

• Use precision measuring tools to ensure that finished tolerance are within technical order

or blueprints.

• Use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and order form from base supply necessary to

order components and material required to complete the assigned work.

• Fiber glass and honeycomb repair done on nose radome and other C-130 parts made of

composite material thru hot bonding and vacuum bagging.

• Perform other duties as assigned such as assisting on R&R works on removal and

installation of flight controls. APG on removal and installation of outer wings, vertical

stabilizer and cargo doors.
