Job Profile
The scope of work consist of Construction and maintenance of a Residential building housing complex comprising Upper&Lower basement and stilt car parking, ground + 27 and Lower& upper penthouses levels with associated external works. There is a separate Health & Fitness centre and the whole complex is situated on a most prominent place of India.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Deputy General Manager (Civil)
Individually supervision of three towers with all responsible work related to tower.
Estimation and costing bill of quantities of shuttering; RCC, bar bending schedule of tower, Water proofing materials, Wall and floor tiles, MS railing.
All type of Quality work i.e concrete cube, material grit and sand checking on the site.
Site Supervision & Monitoring of daily activities.
Supervise the technician’s team, contractors and materials on site.
Administration of commercial, Contractual and Sub-Contractual matters arising on the project including valuations, Variations.
Preparation of budgets for labour & material and work done at the end of month.
Preparation of monthly contract review.
Preparation monthly Progress report.
