Duties and Responsibilities:

Work in coordination with Design Review Services Director (DRSD), Design Review Services Manager

(DRSM) and Design Review Team (DRT).

Responsible for coordinating the efforts of the reviewers in producing and delivering the Design Review Report (DRR) successfully.

Collates all Design Review Reports and consolidates them into a one complete and comprehensive DRR for each project then forwards the said reports on to the DRSM for final QA/QC and for formal issuance to the Design Manager (DM) and the client.

Assist the Design Review Manager in preparing tender bids, pre-qualification documents and development of proposals for new work.

Provide and maintain a calendar system through MS Outlook that monitors the required schedule dates of all workshops and DRR’s and sends reminders to reviewers of due dates.

Establish a strong line of communication with the DRSM and all Design Reviewers for the purpose of ensuring that the DRR is delivered on time as per the agreed schedule dates and that the DRR is consolidated and formatted according to DRS approved standards.

Provide guidance and training to all reviewers regarding DRS operational systems and processes and others as required.
