Led a team of 24 staff members to provide all IT services to the company.

Successfully implemented SAP system. The history of the IT projects was not good in the company as Maximo was implemented in 5 years and Oracle apps took 3 years and pipeline and refinery were having different instances and systems was running in silos. SAP was implemented in 1 year. Pipeline and refinery business processes were uniformed and all the modules were integrated to facilitate information flow within SAP and non-SAP systems.

Saved almost 20% of the cost by rationalizing the number of SAP users, and hardware requirements.
