Fleet Scheduling – Oversee the scheduling of the fleet vehicles to ensure its timely delivery to the customer with in the agreed period of time. A. Oversee the preparation of all documentations and application form needed to lease the vehicle to customer.

B. Ensure proper filling and update to the system on vehicle utilization. C. Ensure that all vehicles are delivered to the workshop, coordinate with Fleet Supervisors, process and follow up the garage on repair. D.Manage to bring the vehicle for repair, monitor the time it will be completed, and monitor all fleet vehicles, issued, received by the customers.

• Resource Utilization – Oversee the proper utilization of the resources assigned to the section in order to minimize operations expenditures resulting to better revenues. A. Monitors Customers utilization of the vehicles. B. Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained at all times. C. Ensure the continuous improvement and enhancement of Drivers Skills to drive. D. Proper plan for the scheduling of the drivers.

• Vehicle Inspection – Ensure that all vehicle receipts comply with the standards and procedures set by the Division.

• Customer Service – Provide the utmost Customer Service in the delivery of the vehicles and other services to the customer in order to meet or exceed customer satisfaction.

• People Management – Lead and motivate the sit/ section employees toward team solidarity and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony.
