1. Presently working as an Asst. Manager – Operations in M/S. Fast Track Packers Pvt.Ltd is ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001 Certified of Food Processing, Production and packing Process Base Organization, From May 2012 to till.
Production Management: - Responsible Monitoring Ensuring Overall Plant Operations are followed by Daily Work Management (DWM) physical operations & Daily Standardize activities of production. Identifying & arrange Training program to production & maintenance persons including supervisor & Shift In-Charges. QA & Maintenance: - preparation & Execution of Preventive Weekly Maintenance Plan & Maintain spare stock. Keep record of all machines & asset data. Alert & Aware On-Line Maintenance Team for smoothly operations thru daily check list of all Standard SOP Parameters daily wise & shift wise. Production activities. 2.Worked as a Sr. Officer - Production in M/S. A C G Pvt Ltd. from April 2011 to May 2012. It’s an ISO 9001 & OHSIS 18001& ISO14001 Certified Leading Empty hard gelatin capsules Manufacturing Semi- Pharmacy process base Industries.
Independent Shift Handling & manpower allocating as per schedule production plan and allocation of 30- 35 members of Graduates Trainees & 50+ skilled & Unskilled Manpower.
Control all hard gelatin capsules making automatic hi-tech fill head machines (size wise) Daily monitoring of fill machine, running conditions of machine. As per SOP and Control over Productivity & Rejections, wastages of raw materials & packing materials.

4.Worked as a Production Technician in HPDC & GDC Unit (Auto parts Aluminum Die Casting) M/S Jaya Hind Industries Ltd. Urse Plant Pune from Sep 2004 to Sep 2006. An ISO 9001:2008 & TS 16949, ISO14001 Certified Auto parts, Transmission Parts & sub Auto Parts (HPDC & GDC) Casting Foundry Organization.
Worked in High Pressure die casting (HPDC) and Gravity Die Casting (GDC) Foundry division. Operating of high pressure die casting machines & gravity Fill machines & worked in Fettling shop auto parts division
Achieved given production target with Self inspection of produced types of aluminum auto cast parts, New casting Trail taken & Recorded Maintain in standard Format with shot weight, sleeve length & other technical data.
