I am presently associated with Aramco Fadhili Gas Project (Sulphur Recovery Unit) Jubail Saudi Arabia. Under the EPC contractor Petrofac Saudi Arabia Ltd as Pre-Commissioning Engineer from 16 April 2017 to till date.

Expertise in handling Pre-Commissioning activity like Air Blowing, Steam blowing, Leak test, Pneumatic test, Hydro test etc.

Responsible for Planning and execution of the Project Pre- Commissioning/Commissioning activity.

Closely work with client for Procedure/ Plans / Method statement and other documents required.

Prepare air blowing & Steam blowing Method statement & Mark-up P&ID’s.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Fadhili Gas Project

The Main objective of Fadhili Gas Program is to support Saudi Aramco’s corporate strategy to meet In –Kingdom energy demand and reduce the burning of liquid fuel.

Fadhili Gas Plant (FGP) is a grassroots gas processing facility with a total capacity of 2500 MMSCFD. It consists of five gas processing trains. The FGP also includes six 800 MTD Sulphur Plants with tail gas treatment.

Main Responsibility as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer:-

Responsible for Planning and execution of the Project Pre- Commissioning/Commissioning activity.

Closely work with client for Procedure/ Plans / Method statement and other documents required.

Prepare air blowing & Steam blowing Method statement & Mark-up P&ID’s.

Planning & execution of Steam blowing activity, arrange all temporary spool for blowing etc.

Coordinated commissioning activities, safe work Permits, inter area systems and Energy isolation.

Additional Responsibility of Hydro test & Turnover Planning

Responsible of Planning, execution, control and supervision of all activity like Pre-test cleaning of all lines (Air blowing, Water Flushing), Hydro test, dewatering, drying, leak testing & Lay-up activity.

Identifying prerequisites and coordination for organized resources.

Attending/generating punch point as a part of Mechanical completion activities.

Checking hydro test equipment and Instruments.

Effectively involved in Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities like Air blowing,

Flushing, Cardboard/Plastic sheets Blasting, Leak testing, Motor Solo run tests etc.

Coordinate with the HSE and quality control team and conducted the necessary inspection.

Preparation of temporary spool for air blowing & steam blowing activity.

Prepare turnover plan & follow up all required check sheets of system, Sub- system etc.

Responsible for submit all Piping & Equipment check sheets, Inspection test report (ITR).

Duration from March 2014 to March 2017.

Hold over 3 years of worked experience in Super-critical Adani Thermal Power, 5X660 MW Plant, Tirora Maharashtra India. As a Site Engineer (Mechanical).

Main Responsibility:-

Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and target to determine the staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.

Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly reports with respect to review of the overall Project.
