Apparel Designer & Buyer

Concept Club is one of the largest mass-market clothing brands and retailers in Eastern Europe.

I led the design and production of over 10 collections, spanning 300+ styles, and 600,000+ pieces of clothing each year. Responsible for quality, production schedule and price for each style. Specialized in ¬¬-Women’s clothing (primarily Blouses & Dresses):

- Created and controlled apparel collections, each at different stages and timelines from an idea to bulk production. ~10 per year

- Analyzed market demands and impact on fashion trends, prices, and what would be most successful in upcoming collections

- For each collection: Mood board creation, flat sketching, textile and trim choosing, and final presentation of collections for the executive team

- Chose production methodologies/treatment

- Supply chain management: Negotiated bids & quotes from suppliers (mostly from China), choosing the best prices and quality. My average production line orders were over $1M+ per collection

- Controlled and project managed manufacturers to meet financial, quality, and timeline goals

- Quality checked apparel prototype samples for fit, fabric quality swatches, strike-offs, trims, lab dips and made sure they met specifications prior to bulk production

- Approval of final production samples to start bulk production

- Delighted thousands of people with the final outputs
