Achievements: Presented nationwide workshops/retreats for Catechists, Parents, and Catholic School Staffs.
Co-authored the Installation/Start-Up/Troubleshooting/Periodic Maintenance Manual and customer training classes for the OM5000 Robot.
Developed all initial documentation encompassing part number assignment, drawing files, engineering standards files, bills of material, and labor standards.
Organized the first Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Plan (MRP). Continually updating and reorganizing these plans to increase production's efficiency and growth.
Assisted in the installation and start-up of a computerized Manufacturing Inventory Control System incorporating and IBM XT Personal Computer and IMS Software.
Directed the changeover from the IBM XT and IMS software to a Production/Materials/Accounting software package and an IBM System 36 and lead the change over from MCBA to Prologic software.
Negotiated effectively with vendors on large dollar blanket orders and had suppliers stock safety supplies on specialty items. Blanket orders significantly reduced costs and improved deliveries. The safety stock eliminated expediting charges and out of stocks on the custom parts.
Improved inventory accuracy from 10% to 80% through cycle counting, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, and updating the IBM AS400 Computer System with CMS Software.
Experience: Director of Faith Formation, St. Anthony Parish, Belleville, MI. Was responsible for coordination of all faith formation including children, adults and RCIA. Initiated Children’s bulletins, recognition and thank you for all catechists, Family Fully Alive program. Reorganized and redeveloped the Confirmation, Reconciliation and Eucharist sacramental preparation. Began Family Center for formation information. 7/16 - 4/19.
