As a Tech and Phlebotomist I assisted patients to the donation chair and set up the machines for the donation process, preformed venipunctures, and disconnected patients form the machines after donation process was finished.in a day, I preformed over 50 venipunctures. I left as a lead phlebotomist, which allowed me to be a supervisor, and help my team in any way possible. I also was a data entry specialist where I entered patient information for a specialty program the company was running at that time.
