Manage twelve IT professionals responsible for all corporate office systems including the Audits division’s case management system (Teammate), SAO’s in house data center, servers and storage, PCs, and telecom.

Lead the agency’s $13M bond initiative to develop and deploy three self-service data analytics toolsets which revolutionized how auditors combat fraud.

Conducted training for 130 audit staff on the use of advanced data analytic tools to identify fraud using 23 algorithms (Outlier detection, Trend & Cluster analysis, and Decision Tree analysis, etc.)

Developed and implemented the agency’s 7 IT security policies designed to mitigate cyber security risk.

Implemented the agency wide Security Awareness Program.
