Lead and manage a team of architects and engineering professionals who are responsible for creating and developing BIM model using Revit.

Successfully managed to supervise all construction operations on behalf of the Client and to ensure that the work of the Contractor is being carried out in a proper workmanship and expeditious manner and in accordance with the contract documents.

Perform quality control of contractor’s work, such as set out survey and measurement, field and laboratory tests, foundation excavation works, structural concrete work, erection of steel work, formwork, masonry work, services installation etc.

Undertake periodic inspections during the Defects Liability Period and notify the Client and Contractor of any defect on the construction works, and supervising their repair.

Verify the Material delivered on site against the specification and maintain a field record.

Defining strategic vision statement for material loading and unloading area for better accessibility and easy distribution of material using tower crane.

Maintain field records and account of day to day activities.

Monitor any emergency and unsafe conditions and report to the client for speedy response / remedial actions.

Inspection and Testing of work at all stages of implementation, conduct regular inspection of material and workmanship and acceptance tests to ensure compliance with the specifications.

Assess in design modifications that became necessary during contract execution, and propose technically acceptable modifications, or assess and approve contractor proposals in consultation with the client.

The part of duties include issuing field instructions in writing as required relating to technical & workmanship aspects of the construction and installation process that deviation from the implementation & safety of the workers etc.

Detail Commercial cum residential complex located in Mecca near to the Holy Haram on a huge site of 35 acres. The project comprised of residential apartment towers, villas, a Hotel cum service apartment tower, a mall, a mosque, & other facilities for entertainment & recreation.
