More than 15 years of senior management experience working in a range of health settings from Primary Health Care Institutions to Tertiary level multispecialty care institutions in India and Papua New Guinea. Overseas experience has trained me to work effectively in a resource-deprived setting particularly lack of trained human resources in health care. I have been able to achieve high standards in terms of quality of services range, scope and standards of health services. Clinical and administrative experience is reflected in my medical practices, health system strengthening, effective performance management, continuous quality improvement as well as establishing trust worthy services amongst clients seeking health services.
