Wireless power transfer technology is on the fastest growing technologies that evolved from a concept, to a technology demonstration, and finally to product development. Inductive power transfer (IPT) is the most popular method to transfer energy wirelessly and has attracted considerable attention in recent times. The work proposed is to implement the topology that is capable of delivering 500W of power continuously with a system frequency of 100 kHz to a secondary pad installed under an electric vehicle (EV) moving along a roadway.
