Project: Canadian Telecom: Bell Canada

• Do important Usage validations wherin we check all the usages (OC/UC/RC) one- time/recurring and usage charges applied to customer’s bill cycle is correct and as per his choices by referring service agreement tables etc.

• Prepare documentation on new releases and involved in preparing new queries as per the releases as and when required.

• Runs various SQL queries using SQL Developer, Putty, UNIX to check the issue and release the bill cycles within the set TAT.

• Work on various issues which are constant mainly termed as pull ban issues to be added to each cycle prior releasing it.

• Do sample validations as per different socs/price plan combination so that each one of us does unique bans not the same bans.

• Raise any issues in the bill to our immediate POC which is ABP and do follow ups with various AS teams (CRM, Usage, PP etc) to close the issues.

• Prepare QA Parameter upload every month to track all best top 250 selling PP’s to be added in the coming month.

• Do invoice validations for various type of bills including landline(obe), sympatico(internet), mobility(mobile) and conso( one parent bill).

• Do important Huge Variance checks and the RA report to find any discrepany in trends in recent months vs past few months and run queries to check the cause.

• Raise issues to different support teams with our findings like usage, amdd, amss, application support etc for timely resolutions.

• As Revenue Assurance Analyst, we also do 1st QA, 2nd QA,Pre and Post FBF cycles in QA to check that the issues has been removed and the cycles are in good health to release the cycles.

• Do EOC (end of cycle ) validations every month which checks all big corporate bans are having all usages and adjustments going in as per current bill seq.

• Provide bulk or full release to cycles once all the recurring issues are resolved and given go ahead with different support peer teams.

• Prepare different reports prior releasing each cycles such as RT Report, DCR Report, QA Automation, Pre-bill, Post-bill shock report etc.

• Prepare sub count sheets by taking approx 1 million customers bans to be worked upon by our group of team members for validation and sample auditing on these Bans.

• Work on various issues which are constant mainly termed as pull ban issues to be added to each cycle prior releasing it.

• Do sample validations as per different socs/price plan combination so that each one of us does unique bans not the same bans.

• Raise any issues in the bill to our immediate POC which is ABP and do follow ups with various AS teams (CRM, Usage, PP etc) to close the issue.

• Do Hierarchy validation which defines the process whether each node is getting correct discounts as per the discount engine set on them.

• Do cycle release as per the final pull ban issues to be forwarded to all the different AS Teams to make them aware of the issues highlighted and found per cycles.

• Work on RT Check Configuration of all the new socs which are going in production as per the set deadlines so that we pull them and validate them on time.

• Prepare QA Parameter upload every month to track all best top 250 selling PP’s to be added in the coming month.
