Job Function:
• Managing KPI performance and overall quality assurance activities.
• Lead and facilitate the various processes comply with specification and set standard practices and procedures.
• Developed and prepare operational procedures, process charts, forms and instruction detailing methods to follow to assure maximum operational efficiency and quality product.
