OBJECTIVE
I am looking for fulltime employment in a company that can utilize my skill set and talents.
I am passionate about my staff and I believe in complete transparency. My style of management consists of empowering my staff, utilizing their unique talents and giving them value and appreciation.
I co-owned an Electrical Contracting Company (Reda Electric) from 1991-2015 and a Daycare Center (Willow Glen Daycare) from 1980-1997. Being a business owner has given me a strong work ethic and management skill set.
Currently, I am working in the Veterinary Field. Employed originally in 2001, as a Veterinary Technician and then I was promoted to Practice Manager in 2007. I stayed employed in the same position until the owner of practice retired in 2017. I am currently employed as a Veterinary Practice Manager in Clovis, CA.
MY OTHER PASSIONS
Besides my family, I am a 2016 graduate of Madera County Sheriff’s Department Search and Rescue (MADSAR) and I am currently Mission Ready with CARDA (California Dog Rescue Association) with my dog Eisenhower. I am also a Veterinary Medical Advisor for CCADT.
