With great interest, I am seeking a full-time position with hope your company is in need of someone with my skills and experience. I am a Multimedia Project Manager with 10+ years experience in Digital & Direct Marketing, Social Media, Videos, Digital & Print Design. I’m a self starter who was successful at setting Trafalgar Publications Ltd. up Online with tools like; WordPress websites, Digital - direct Marketing / Advertising; Email Marketing, SEO, SEM. I was in charge of all Global Online B2B and B2C needs for the publisher. When I started at Trafalgar Media, I was handed a google spreadsheet with Online accounts & passwords. All 10 of the company websites went down several times a day. The websites, global magazines and email campaigns were not generating enough analytics to compete with the industry.

In my 4 years, I was able to organize and share the company password list by using (LastPass) to share the passwords among editors, sales, account, web and CEO departments. I set up an Online project management tool (Asana) to initiate and track projects. I got rid of the dedicated server the company had for 4 years because it was never managed nor the software updated and I purchased a cheaper cloud server with more speed and storage saving the company $9,000 a year.

I rectified all of the outdated Joomla websites issue by purchasing licenses for a 5 star WordPress theme. I redesigned, developed (using child theme), SEO’d and deployed 10 websites on the new server.

For the magazines, I chose to go with an HTML5 cross platform to organized and housed the digital magazines. From there on in, I was able to embed videos, podcasts, forms, traceable links directly on the magazines.

I was able to implement a CRM / email marketing software suitable for the publishing industry which can track the clients advertisement on the emails and give weekly / monthly / annually sales reporting of ‘who actually clicked on the banners or text ads.’ The Publisher wanted to break into the conference industry and asked me to create a ticketing site from scratch .. I setup EVERYTHING ... even the domain name https://esmartfactory.net which-in he was a able to make a MARK in the industry from the HUGE success the 1st year.

Remote Project Manager 06/2015 to 04/2019

Trafalgar Publications Ltd. - United Kingdom, London. A typical work day started at 7:00AM with reading my emails from CEO, Director of Sales, Sales persons, Editors, Magazine Designer, Clients and Video Producers to see what requests are waiting. Next would be on the dedicated server : installing, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware.

I maintained 10 websites, google business and 5 Online magazines admin panels to make sure the essentials such as operating platform, API keys for social media, APP and video networks, security tools, forms, videos, APPs, and plugins were running properly and can be view Online. Then I revised the title, first paragraph, added tags and assign categories then published the press releases submitted on the sites by editors.

One of my biggest daily task is making sure that 5 global HTML newsletters gets built and published from news feeds off different languages website and clients ads were embedded for tracking clicks and sent out to over one million readers by 11AM.

By 11:00AM I was ready to tackle Social Media to share the press releases to friends, public & groups which were pushed from the sites; reply to threads, create upcoming event pages, republish videos and magazine articles, write articles, create posts for events, magazine and video then boost them in social media ads with link to landing page on the websites. I dedicated 5 hours each day to be on top of the clients needs in Asana project management - implementation and production of an array of promotional campaigns and marketing projects for the publisher electronics manufacturing business clients across the U.S.A., Europe, and Asia. I created and managed all clients digital advertising and accounts on AdvertServe (AdvertServe is a cloud hosted ad management platform for publishers and advertisers who require ad serving, targeting, tracking, and real-time reporting) then published the tracking scripts on the websites and newsletter.

At 6PM I ran various APP, magazine, social media, ticket sales, magazine sales, websites, videos & networks, digital ads traffic reporting and was ready for a sales conference on GoToMeeting with the Director of Sales to review, explain the stats and teach her how to sell it to the clients.
