Leads construction Electrical and Instrumentation Junior Staff in a broad range of field construction works within a specific work discipline for a particular area of the project.

Ensure that the work is carried out in a professional manner and in compliance with applicable contracts, Company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

Prepares and manages system Punch lists, monitors defect rectification, liaises with Commissioning Team to achieve safe and timely start up of facilities.

Responsible for the implementation of a Quality System defined in Schedule “Q” and ISO 9001:2015, development, production, installation and servicing), which is incorporated herein by, reference. Wetness inspection and documentation of plant general field instrument according to SAES,SATIP SAIC & SATR standard installation hook-up, calibration, configuration, and functional test on different kinds of process variables pertaining to desired process, Preparation of quality related documents, review inspection with respect to inspection and test plan, prepare inspection reports with regards to turnover documentation such that all are in accordance with the project specification, applicable codes and standards.

Knowledge

Strong Technical Knowledge about the following:

Commissioning of the plant instrumentation and automation system (fire and gas) alarm systems and their maintenance. 3 of 6

Conduct pre-commissioning test on electrical equipment, instruments and cables.

Responsible for documentation such as equipment description, principle, rating, range, test record and inspection details for future reference.

Developing the various logic for automation system and modifying as per the requirement.

Commissioning and maintenance of various electrical system like transformer, motors and variable speed motors.

QC inspection for instrument system as per inspection and test plan, project specification (SAES,SATIP SAIC & SATR)

Inspect of cable tray, conduit, instrument, marshalling cabinet, low voltage distribution system.

Ensure that all instruments were installed and tested as per project quality procedures and project specification.

Pre-loop inspection, inspection for all activity during the construction and commissioning of instrumentation.

Carrying out calibration of all electronic and pneumatic instrument, switch and controller, shutdown valve, control out surveillance inspection of site construction work like installation and instruments and their process connections.

Involved in all instrument including electrical activities, inspection of tray, install mounting of instruments and also equipment plc cabinets, DCS cabinet, DCC system, MCC cabinet cable installation and various level of different size and loops for the control open loop process, handle inspection for motors, installation calibration loop checking, commissioning in instrument discipline including inspection of various electrical measuring instruments MCC, switch gears, control panels power, distribution panels.

Planning and execution of the preventive maintenance schedules.

Implementation of ISO standards and documentation.

Predictive and preventive maintenance of all electrical motors, control panel boards, weighting machine and boiler, generator set and compressors, transformers and panel wiring.

Provide work instruction and guidance to assign technicians and ensure their work is conducted in line with standard operating procedures, established program and supervisory instructions comply with health, safety and environmental policy.

Responsibility involve installation, calibration, loop checking, commissioning, troubleshooting of instrument such as fire alarm control panels, repeater units, combustible toxic gas detector, smoke detector, heat detector, spark detector manual call point siren.

Allocating the jobs to instrument electrician teams and checking their work as per the drawing provided.

Responsible for preparing reports for all installed equipments and instrument and defects for immediate action.
