I adapt to the needs of individual needs of customers that consisted to monthly orders of Avon. I also follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.

1-2000 to 12-200 Customer Service Customer Representative Trinity Thrift Store The objective of this position is to apply to in bond and out bond calls from customers that donated to the store with donations for the poor and the needy of the community. I took donations and locations for pickups and drop offs of donations. I also provided excellent customer service to the customer that provided donations to the donation center.

My position consisted of in bond and out bond calls from customers from all over United states with issues. One issue that the company had to deal with is about complaints or service outage. The other issue that I had to deal with was a problem with the equipment and service. My position consist of in bond and out bond calls that where taking from customers for insurance police for auto, life or homes insurance. The calls deal with quotes of amounts for the policy or the liability of the policy. The calls consist with problems with their bill or policy. I had to file accident report to the insurance company about a police report that was made about an accident. I had to file a lot of reports about insurance claims with the company for auto, life, or fire.

This position deal with customer service with customer that had accounts with this company for cleaning contracts that where to be filled by the account manager of each district in each state. I deal with customers concerns and complaints to problems that arise from products to orders and services that our company acquired to our customers. I deal with billing problems that where a concern to our customers and transferred customers to different departments for assistance with billing. I took order from customers for contracts to be made and transfer customers to account managers for assistance with contracts to be made with clients. Education

Communication

I had to make a presentation in front of some students about the justice system and how it works in the state of Texas. With graphs of crime and surveys that are taking every year from the state and government.

Leadership

[I am not a president of any charities but I do have faith that animal cruelty will stop with animals in homes and animals being left behind in storms and hurricanes in states that let people abandon animals for no purpose. I think that animals should be adopted out to good homes that care for them as pets.
