Most recently, Rajeev has lead over a third of KEPRO’s businesses, turning around operations, providing double digit margins and maximizing profits. Rajeev:

• Championed robotic process automation (RPA) and other technology interventions to deliver savings at scale across client engagements.
• Launched a 250-seat application-processing center in 9 months.

Between 2013 and 2016, Rajeev lead product development/ management to build one of the first individual and small group insurance exchanges for 6 states and federal government. He co-founded the Commercial Exchange business, facilitated product build and closed on 60 plus strategic partnerships with national and regional health, dental and vision plans and other ancillary products/ services. He helped identify, close and implement a multi-million dollar pilot with Fidelity Health Marketplace. Revenues grew 90 fold: $600K to over $55M and employee base in US & India grew from 50 to over 850.
SHPS/ ADP and other Prior Experience
Between 2005 and 2013, Rajeev has lead multiple business units including active benefits administration, COBRA and spending accounts at SHPS doing millions in business revenue. He co-founded the Total Absence Management business and helped grow it to a profitable business grossing the highest margins among all business units within 2 years. Rajeev also developed a wellness solution piloted with Wal-Mart. Upon ADP’s acquisition of SHPS HRS division in 2012, Rajeev helped lead the integration of the businesses and the employees over a year. Rajeev has been a Senior Executive and/ or CEO/ Managing Director of several mid sized companies in healthcare, retail and technology during his career resulting in significant liquidity events. Early in his career in 1994, he started a consumer direct sales business and grew it to about 300 associates and opened 12 new markets. He also lead a technology company and launched their international exports division providing technology consulting services to the world, from India. Awards and Education
Rajeev has earned the Global Visionary Award in 2010 by World Affairs Council of KY & Southern Indiana, 40 under 40 Business Leader in 2011 by Business First of Louisville, Publisher’s Award for best article in 2016 by Telehealth and Medicine Today and Indian Achiever’s Award for Healthcare and Education in 2017 by Indian Achievers Forum.
