Compose, type, and distribute training documentation on all MIT's training in Maryville, Mo. Have trained over 48 managers in the training program over the 10 years as a General Training Manager.

Supervise seven management teams in my market. Staff and provide training and orientation to new staff and new managers. As well as perform all interviews for newly hired managers.
