Nov 2013 – Dec 2018: Acting Supervisor, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, (CFIA), Cargill Foods, High River, Alberta, Canada.

Developed an Audit team under my supervision at (CFIA) and delegated them minister’s power for cost controls pertaining to incoming materials through verification and audit processes. By using my exceptional analytical skills, I review and verify all wastage reports and provide feedback to management and stakeholders on trend analysis to control cost and budget.

As a certified International Food Safety Auditor for Canadian food Inspection Agency (CFIA) I carried out specific auditing at various points of the production process, that includes but not limited to customer order that physically matches to the dispatched load ensuring up counts and down counts are action accordingly to the written program.

Lead 08-member food safety audit team to success by overseeing daily activities as recruiting, training, developing and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Responsible for the development of the incoming materials control department for Canadian food Inspection agency (CFIA) as per Canada 13 Federal acts and Regulations. On weekly basis, review, verify and control all material movement, transactions, and reports, including receipt, issuance, usage and wastage as per agency policies.

Conduct Monthly food safety audits by utilizing system reports and onsite verification, and enforces efficient control measures by implementing corrective actions as required for non-compliance.

Developed and enforces standard operating procedures (SOP’s) regarding material planning processes and monitors incoming raw material processing, purchasing, shipping, and storages as per Acts and Regulations.

As a member of the CFIA Audit team, helped Cargill Food establishment approved for Beef exports to China, Japan and USA.

Conduct Monthly Food Safety Audits on different food producing establishment for Regulatory requirements.

Liaison with Inspection Manager, Veterinarian in charge (VIC) and Regional Director on issues regarding to the daily operation of the establishment.

Responsible for carrying out FSEP Audits at the establishment and reviewing of their HACCP program and respective CCP’S.

Collaborated daily with Cargill export department to Establish streamlined processes to organize, monitor and execute exports, freight, price quotes, expedites, price lists, sample requests, forecasts, and shipment consolidation charts.
