■ Initiate phone contact with customers who have defaulted on their credit cards/Negative accounts/secured, unsecured, autos and mortgages.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding mortgage defaults and loss mitigation options.

■ Would collect on 30/60/90/120 days delinquency accounts following the FDCPA. Collect on prelegal accounts.
