Wellsite Geologist 05/2018 to Present

Excellence Logging LLC - Working constantly within the Permian Basin and its relative formations. Responsible for all the assigned field operations such as collecting and analyzing geological data. Observations and interpretations of the wellbore includes providing real-time gas data, cavings determination, and in/out fluid flow. Constant communication with the operator’s personnel, third party representatives, and the well manager. Responsible to supervise live drilling functions by regularly sending, writing and editing geological reports. Accountable to introduce target formation tops and interpolate live drilling activities while logging. Student Undergraduate Research 01/2015 to 12/2017

University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) - Responsibilities as an undergraduate research assistant: Atmospheric particulate matter were collected from six sites in the greater Houston area. Samples were monitored and analyzed for size distribution, and surface diameter. Heavy microscopic analyzation of each area to identify density and its composition. Assist the professor with meetings, training, presentations, and data processing as needed. Accomplished to create my own environmental project tool. Very familiar with fixing any type of nondigital and digital microscopes. Student Undergraduate Research 07/2016 to 12/2017

University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) - Responsibilities as an undergraduate research assistant: Extensive use of scientific softwares and ventilated machinery. Focused on testing biomaterial such as soil, honey, rocks (minerals) sampling. Creating and graphing data charts in a program called NETZSCH. The testing compiles by grinding mineral samples, dispersing amount of biomaterial in the designated apparatus. Lab work requires a lot of torquing with gages, and equipment calibrations. The usage of Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA), Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA), and Mass Spectroscopy (MS) is mostly in a controlled inert atmosphere. Samples were run in a temperature range of 20 C to 1000 C in a helium atmosphere at a linear heating rate of 10

C/min. Assisted professor by training students to compile reports, posters, sample testing, and monitoring data readings. Education

University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) - Houston, Texas Bachelor in Science - Geosciences with focus in Petroleum Geotechnology Minor - Applied Physics

Academic Honor Roll - Cum Laude award

Water Monitoring Scientist Certification: Houston Galveston Bay (HGB) - Testing water quality; by collecting, analyzing water temperature, conductivity, pH dissolved oxygen (DO), salinity, and depth measurements. Field Safety Course Certifications - Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness, Compressed Gas Cylinder Safety, Electrical Safety, Travel Safety, Safety and Substance Abuse, Sexual Harassment Awareness, and Safe Driving. Member of the Geological Organizations - GSA, AAPG, GS, AASP, AGS, USGS
