Study of existing electrical design & specification. Develop concept studies & design.

Review of Basic engineering documents such as SLD, Layouts, Electrical specification, Data sheet, Calculation, Installation drawing.

Perform Project estimation prior to tender submission.

Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement & cost reductions opportunities.

Prepare requests for quotation (RFQ) & review of technical offer & relevant documents from vendor.

Checking of load torque curve, motor starting voltage drop analysis, minimum locked rotor current & starting torque.

Checking of vendor drawings & documents. Prepare Electrical specification for Packaged system if required.

Coordinate with client for drawing approval.

Prepare As Build drawing.

Knowledge of short Circuit and load flow study.

Perform transformer Sizing for installation of MMD Sizer.

Sizing calculation of equipment, review for transformer, MV & LV cables, Dc & UPS system.

Guide & monitor installation of LT panel including cable glanding & termination at site.

Attend technical meeting with the sales team.

4. Inspection of Routine Test & Type Test of 250 KW LT Motor for Ambuja Cement at ABB Workshop at Bangalore, dated 19.07.2017.
