Successfully conducted cost reduction exercise by calculations of the Central Plaza BOQ, identified differences resulting in savings. The innovative proposal for reduction of the external wall thickness, leading towards substantial dead load reduction. The reduced wall thickness generated additional carpet (salable) area in each unit. Redesigning of the structural elements suitably also provided further cost savings. Suggestion to omit provision of Internal Plaster / Emulsion Paint helps save time ultimately saving 1.7 Million USD overall.
Had been recommended for reward under recognise policy within 6 month of joining for successes fully minimising the boq of central plaza up to 1 thousand lakhs reducing the budget overall.
