Job Responsibilities

• Conduct site contractor evaluation of performance and statutory compliance

• Performed periodical site EHS inspections of workplace area and equipment ensure to worker safety.

• Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly statistics EHS report and observation violations report submit to the site EHS manager.

• Implementation EHS policy and procedure across at site.

• Provided Site EHS training to workers and staff members on workplace hazards and risk basis.

• Conduct daily tool box talk basis on workplace hazards and work activity.

• Provide induction training to worker and visitor before deployment at site.

• Planning and Conduct of Risk assessment of each job task before commencement of the work.

• Conduct site EHS walk down and identify the unsafe act and unsafe condition and suggest closure action.

• Working with emergency response plan to respond to any emergency at early stage.

• Reporting of near miss, UC&UA analysis and accident/incident investigation to EHS manager.

• Monitor the safety store smooth operation and checking the inventory stock of required PPE’S.

• Conduct site EHS inspection of power tools, boom lift, scissor lift, hydra, electrical DB, Gas cutting machine and welding machine etc.

• Verification of required all site EHS document and maintained document record at site.

• Conduct site mock drill for emergency preparedness.

• Practically give the firefighting training to all site workers and staff member.

• Developed and implemented EHS awareness program.
