DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Head for implementing WMS Setting/ operation in warehouse by the recommendation of top Management.

Implemented best practices to conduct cycle count activity to avoid wrong barcodes pasted items, damage, scratch stocks lying in Good location /WMS assigned location.

Supervised the team who conducting cycle count Activities in warehouse as per warehouse operational procedures (Coordinated with Asset team)

Coordinated with fleet supervisor to do the necessary an Urgent request from outlet /Store for a customer home delivery with ROT.

Advised the team to do best space consumption practices for put away,storage activities as per maximum space utilization practices, Movable standing bin locations for small size stocks (Cosmetics)

Provided training program to worker who do picking and checking as fresh to WMS environment (consider familiar language, WMS operations,W/H Operations, Material Orientation)

Advised to Team to protect bin accuracy, avoid to receive error related product as Good location and dispatching to outlet/Store.

Coordinated with supply chain or procurement department to confirm upcoming new shipments, explain to resolve the discrepancies with received shipment such as short, excess, extra SKUs found.

Lead projects in warehouse by the recommended time frame for completing before Deadline such as warehouse shifting,implemented WMS operations

Supervision and control the order picking /goods in /Goods out operation to ensure their accuracy with the Minimum of handling damages.

To liaise with the Home delivery team with regard to home delivery /store delivery requirement and loading /unloading /picking schedule to ensure that deliver our promises to our customer (Ethan Ellen, Kartell, Households).

Evaluate employee on every six month to review performance and submit to management

Direct and maintain a safety program for all employees assigned to warehouse Operate tools, equipment and machinery according to prescribed safety procedure.

Track daily basis outbound operation TR completion and reporting to Brand team.

Ensure that the warehouse is clean; assign associate teams for mezzanine floors and ground.

Involve Inventory activities for asset management requirement to identify adjustment and discrepancy identification.

Supervise team for Inventory activities like Cycle count and stock adjustment, extra receiving if requires.

Assist warehouse manager in establishing warehouse standards and procedures.

Report, Coordination with brand team for any issue with stock clarification and confirmation.

Responsible for planning of staff shifts and provide the justifications for overtimes to submit warehouse management.

Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipment and receipts to create an error free culture.

Provide required report to manager (mark out report,daily TR report,dispatching GTN printed report)
