Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction, general management and operational oversight of HSE related activities for SGS and its subsidiaries. Lead and manage HSE policies and procedures in all functions of the company and oversee their alignment with corporate policies, standards and HSE laws and regulations. Ensure effective risk management programs are developed to identify hazards and reinforce measures to reduce risks and prevent/minimize inadvertent human, asset, and environmental losses. Manage corporate HSE function of the company and act as technical authority to deal with all HSE related matters.

Established new HSEQ organization with a multi-skilled team of managers, senior engineers, and engineers.
