Supports Call Center and GCRM AD organization by providing financial and portfolio support. Responsibilities include:

Process Reengineering & Transformation (US & International)

CIGNA INA Asia Pacific Region, 1999 to 2000 - Consolidation/Transformation of local Country Operations to a Regional Processing Center. The Regional Processing Center is a center created to cater for all data and fulfillment processing within the Asia Pacific Region. The implementation of insourcing in the Regional Data Center and its associated workflow improvements reduced CIGNA’s local customer service operation through less policy processing involvement for other countries. Operation cost decreased dramatically as policies are processed in the Regional Center, creating a reduction in current staffing of local countries serviced.

System Development, Testing & Implementation (International)

CIGNA INA Philippines & New Zealand, 1998 - System countrification and implementation of Interface between System 6 (Direct Marketing PC based system) and Meridian System (AS/400 Global Accounting System) effort to further improve and automate manual data booking, eventually resulted to business savings.

American Home Assurance Company (AHAC, Malaysia), Accident and Health Division / Personal Lines (Auto), 1997 - S3 Implementation which covers all aspects of AHAC’s operating environment specific to A&H and Auto as well as all core functions (accounting, claims and operations)

Himlayang Pilipino Plans, Inc, 1996 – Redevelopment of Life Plan Insurance System and migration from S34 platform to AS/400 native.

Ayala Land Philippines, 1994 - Enhancement of existing Payroll System.
