I was responsible for the daily operation of a 26 bed, Level III Trauma Center. I was responsible for the direct supervision of 63 Nurses, EMT's and Unit Clerks who reported to me directly. For those direct reports, I was responsible for completing yearly evaluations using the Performance Feedback and Development tool. I was directly responsible for staffing/scheduling, payroll & providing comprehensive nursing care for the Emergency and Trauma patients, administering meds and assisting with procedures.
