This is HAMED HASSAN NIA, from IRAN, I have marine chief engineer certificate from IRAN PMO, in addition I have 11 (more than 70 months sea service) years work experience on ocean going ships as marine engineer. As for reminder, the marine chief engineer is responsible for all ship technical machineries on board, like:
1. Ship crane (hydraulic system)=operation and maintenance. 2. Hatch cover doors (hydraulic system) =operation and maintenance. 3. Mooring winches (hydraulic system) =operation and maintenance. 4. Main diesel engine (two stroke SULZER or B&W types from various bores: SULZER RTA72, B&W: 6l70MC, 8L80MC and engine power output from 13000 to 24000 KW) = operation and plan or condition maintenance, fault finding, overhauling of engines, moreover pneumatic control system for operation, performance checks and reporting, analyzing.
5-AUXLIARY diesel engines (four stroke WARTSILA, YANMAR, DAIHATSU, MAN, various bore size: 6L32 and engine produced power: 500 KW to 1700 KW) = operation and plan or condition maintenance, fault finding, overhauling of engines, performance checks, and reporting, analyzing.
6-AUXILIARY pumps: centrifugal (sea water, GS pump, jacket type, positive displacement (fuel pumps, bilge pumps) =monitoring, adjustment, overhauling, fault finding.
7-Heat exchangers: tube or plate type = operation, maintenance, cleaning, efficiency monitoring
8-Auxiliary machineries: Incinerators, oily water separators, fire dampers, fire sprinkler system, emergency diesel generator, life boat engine, rescue boat engine, Boiler: composite or single, steering gear system, CO2 flooding system, Emergency fire pump, Main air compressors, and Fresh water generator, fridge compressors, Air condition compressors, Purifiers: LO, HFO, DO, jacket water, LO controllers, sanitary system, sewage treatment plant: vacuum type, Top bracing system: hydraulic, mechanic types, hydraulic actuating valves, Main engine oil mist detector, vibration damper monitoring, shaft earthing system, shaft seal system, Ballast system.
Disability:
* No experience on gas type engines.

Pipe line: ability to read diagram and positions.
Team leader for maintenance jobs or in operation accompany.
Ability to read manuals, description, maintenance, spare part inventory or order.
Have 11 years experience on overhauling of various diesel engines (marine industry), take care of customer profit.
English level is good in speaking, listening, and writing.
Farsi language is fluent.
I was at dry docks, as 2nd marine engineer on different ships,(container, bulk carrier).
And I fully know the overhauling procedure of engines: like decarbonization, measurement, reporting, power performance taking, (6L70MC B&W, 6L50MC B&W).
I have overhauled 7 generators (WARTSILA, YANMAR, DAIHATSU, and MAN) with various bore and engine power. In addition two auxiliary engine turbochargers were overhauled by me.
Due to sailing to various countries by ships, I am familiar with different culture.
