Profile:

Well experience & knowledge as Logistics Engineer/Rig Storekeeper. Total 8 years oilfield experiences in various companies. And have excellent communication skills with fluency in English and interaction with multinational crews.

Presently working with Schlumberger oil & Gas field services in Rajasthan project. working as Logistics Engineer to support drilling operation day to days. Arranging drilling equipments and tools as per operation requirements.

Skills & Objectives:

Well Experience in computer based materials inventory management system comprising of planning, procurement, warehousing and receiving / issuing / packing / transportation.

To achieve cost reduction in yearly procurement of spares and consumables through inventory identification, reduction and control by classification and categorization.

Total responsibility in material management from planning, procurement and storing. Inventory control and rationalization of spares and consumables held onboard resulting in reduction of inventory size, expenditure and total cost of inventory on rig.

Having good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, excellent team working & organizational skills, have excellent conflict resolution skills and be able to diplomatically handle confrontation

Computerized Inventory Systems:

Presently working on “SAP Applications” an Online Inventory System which enables to have complete control over materials management.

Job Profile:

Requisitioning of materials as directed using the applicable requisitioning system.

Daily activities within the materials control department are carried out in a safe & efficient manner such as ordering, receiving, issuing, labeling, packing, storing etc.

Prepare and monitor all outgoing and check all incoming manifests against items dispatched or received from Base. Receipt & verification of incoming materials against manifest / MR / PO and reports if any discrepancy.

Conduct physical cycle count on annual basis and monitor & control adequate stock levels of items by maintaining Min. / Max. Level system.

Co-ordinate with client, contractor & sub contractors for equipments/materials transfer. And maintain constant liaison with shore based logistic & purchasing personnel.

Prepare & maintain accurate store records and reports of materials received, consumed and dispatched. And reports to the Company man

Ensure that operations relevant to the materials department are carried out in safe manner in accordance with the drilling program requirements and directives from Company man and rig manager.

Maintain cleanliness & housekeeping of store area at a suitable standard and all relevant safety procedures & practices are adhered to during warehouse operations.

Perform Emergency Duties in accordance with the rig’s Muster List / Station Bill. And attend the pre-tour & safety meetings and maintenance departmental meeting.

Assist HSE & other departments for ordering and additionally hold the position of Clerk where required.
