* ***** ** ************ **** experience meeting and exceeding customers’ expectation and standards. Since breaking into work force I have made a name for myself for being a hard worker with excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. I have never had issues with communicating task and incidents with my team as well as my superiors and I’m known for having an extended vocabulary. I am a fast learner, often excelling in my training and daily duties ahead of schedule with superb results. I have great time management skills and will frequently complete jobs before their respective deadlines. I also have experience managing and monitoring deadlines, as well as delegating tasks. I always maintain a certain level of pride in my work and I understand what it takes to work with a team to complete an overall goal.

In the early years of my career, I started working in food services as Super Glue Team Member maintaining the company’s store standards. I maintained this position in high school while also taking college prep classes in AutoCAD, AutoDesk Revit, and AutoDesk Inventor. After graduating I then transitioned to retail where I worked from simple stock hand to store assistant. This is where I first learned management skills and how to help lead a team. In the face paced environment of a clothing store I also learned how to work under pressure in maintaining the stores organization. After working retail, I started working in the field of telecommunications acquiring and developing projects from start to finish. I began my journey in this industry as a CAD Operator responsible for developing a customer's ideals into 2D/3D visual blueprints/presentations. After exceeding expectations sitting behind a desk creating blueprints I soon became a cable technician responsible for physically installing and terminating the necessary cabling and corresponding equipment as specified by the customer with routine maintenance following. Since that transition I travelled all over the country to various job sites to meet customers and complete system upgrades. I gained invaluable knowledge as well as the respect of my fellow technicians and numerous accolades while I travelled.

Once I met my wife and became a farther of my 1yr old son I started working as a Data Center Technician II who also held Change Coordinator duties. My daily responsibilities included approving and validating changes to meet customer expectations while following the necessary specifications laid out by site and industry standards. I was also required to work closely with supervisors and team to ensure proper planning and communication to efficiently delegate tasks to reach deadlines. Furthermore, I have experience working as DCOPS monitoring and aiding in the upkeep of site chillers and generators. I am familiar with performing daily site checks while reporting the status of the heating and cooling levels as well as power throughout a site. I have experience working with Sm9, EMEA1, EMEA2, ServiceNow, Aldea, and Aries ticking tools. I can install, dress, and connect pre-terminated cables to perfection. I know how to terminate copper cable to patch panels, RJ45 jacks, and Panduit Jacks. I know the fiber color code and the process to terminate it. I can install a device and troubleshoot it as well as the cables connected to it. I can use a DTX testing device of various models and transfer the corresponding detail if needed. I’ve provided site escorts and 24/7 hands-n-eyes for break/fix incidents. I also know what it takes to help maintain data center standards and procedures for a clean and safe work environment.
