Interacting with client/ SME: Interacting with client/SME to obtain the content required for the development of a course

Creating a design document: Creating the design document, specifying learning objectives, selecting interactive exercises, and creating evaluation questions

Writing scripts: Writing scripts based on the inputs collected

Review of scripts: Reviewing the scripts for technical, visual and instructional accuracy and adequacy

Analyze learning needs, determine project goals, learning objectives, and performance measurements by collaborating with subject matter experts and project managers
