Project: Dolphin Olefin onshore Project

Position: Civil Land Surveyor Duties and responsibilities

Walkthrough on Topographical Surveys, Trigonometric Surveys and photogrammetric Surveys.

Collection and study of drawings to be followed at site. Preparation of Survey requirements.

Establishment of control points based on the Main Points Provided by Qatar petroleum Team.

Survey and Proper layout of all the AXIS/GRID lines based on design/construction drawing issued for construction at site.

Installation of formwork, reinforcement bars, anchor bolts, and columns as per coordinates /grid lines in the drawing plans.

Installation of water, steam and gases pipelines, electrical and instruments supports and miscellanies walkways/crossings.

Joint inspection with consultant on preparation & execution of shuttering, formworks, water proof, re-bars and concrete works.

Transmission lines survey, tower erection and alignment for substation and power distribution.

Daily Preparation and update of all the Site Survey Reports and submitted to the Manager.

Jobs and Responsibilities during execution of the Projects:

1.Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines elevations and other geodetic measurements and adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.

2.Calculate height, depth, relative positions, property lines and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas using Total Station, Theodolites, Level and GPS.

Supervision carried out in construction activities at the sites.

Fixing of Bench Mark and traversing for projects.

Recording of Original Ground Level (O.G.L).

Controlling work as per drawing /design.

Checking and Recording of final grading levels for as Built.

Coordination to Clint Engineers, consultant Engineers Regarding Site Condition.
