INCOMING QUALITY

To Control the Incoming Rejection by sample inspection & supplier test report to be analyzed.

Corrective & preventive actions on internal/external rejections and customer complaints.

Preparation of Monthly supplier Meeting schedule and conducting Management Review Meeting.

Analysing supplier quality problem and take effective corrective action & monitoring. To ensure effectiveness of corrective actions in coordination with Suppliers and reporting it to management.

PPAP process and Upload in Quality management system (QMS) Maintaining 5S and monitoring continuous improvements. Acting as In-House Quality Management systems in-charge and reporting to senior manager QA.

Conducting quality circle and analysis the problem through brainstorming. Carryout supplier assessment for improvement.

Process involved here are Thermoforming, Thermosetting, Water jet, HF welding & PU foaming. We are the vendor of choice for all major global OEM’s.
