As a Civil quality control Engineer for the WRRP 622 (Wastewater Recycle & Reduction Project) QG2 and QG3 &4 Project Overview: Qatargas Operating Company Limited (QG) operates QG1, QG2 and QG3&4 which are fully integrated Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Plants located at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar. QG’s original plans for disposal of offshore Wastewater received and generated at QG2 and QG3&4. LNG Plants were for sub-surface deep well injection only along with other sources of Wastewater streams. However, QG following an internal review concluded that subsurface deep well injection was not sustainable over the current Plant’s life and in order to avoid disruption of its LNG supply they initiated this Wastewater Recycle & Reduction (WRR) Project. WRR Facilities which includes De-oiler systems, Wastewater treatment facilities Sludge treatment plant, Instrument technical room (ITR) & Sub-station (SS) Major Duties / Tasks:
