1) 3D PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PVT.LTD – Simulation Engineer-Altair Inspirecast- July’19 to Present: a. Check feasibility for incoming parts for Sand Casting and Investment casting. b. Add machining stocks and fill-ups for the customer parts based on the casting process. c. Calculate and design gating system for both Investment casting and Sand casting using Solidworks’19.
d. Simulate and re-iterate by altering gating system ratio and the methoding, using Altair- Inspirecast.
e. Responsible for bridging the gap between Software result and Shop-floor result. f. Responsible for supervising the process parameters and take immediate corrective actions for defects that occur during initial trials. 2) ABI SHOWATECH INDIA LTD – Senior Member-Manufacturing ( Simulation Engineer-Magmasoft )- April’17 to July’19:
a. Check all the Casting manufacturing drawings and Pre-machining drawings for all New products. Time and method study for manufacturing of tools and Die components. b. Feasibility checking of parts and provide feedback to customer. c. Develop Proto parts for compressor housings, Wheel cylinders, Master cylinders, Clutch boosters and Box castings etc using Sand moulds.
d. Responsible for taking corrective action in Serial running parts in shop floor and to provide quick solution so as to meet the timely delivery schedule of the customer. e. Calculating Gating and feeding systems for all New Products. f. Designing the Gating and Feeding system components for all new products using UG NX- 9 & 11 based on calculations made.
g. Simulating the product using designed systems in MAGMAsoft. h. Eliminate the defects that arise during simulation itself so as to avoid line stoppages and to meet the timely delivery of the parts to customers, thereby saving lakhs to organization. i. Design and development of tool and die components for casting Turbine wheels by Investment casting.
j. Perform 3D Scanning on all the die accessories and compare the same with CAD model and check for deviations upto 50 microns.

3) CRAFTSMAN AUTOMATION PVT. LTD – GET ( Hoists and Cranes ) – July’16 to March’17 a. New Product development of Chain and Rope hoists. b. Responsible to meet the Timeline of Product Assembly so as to introduce the Hoist in the Market at the right time by participating in Exhibitions. c. JIT delivery of parts for Assembly line, thereby reducing the Buffer storage and Line Inventory, ensuring efficient usage of space available. d. Implemented a Kaizen so as to reduce the bottle-neck time of 120 minutes to about 60 minutes, thereby reducing the cycle-time and increasing the daily output. e. Implemented Line-balancing techniques for the first time in Hoist Assembly line. f.
