Worked on several transactions with the first being in 1989/1990 supporting the purchase of Benchmark Engineering to the largest being the purchase in 1995/1996 of several companies including Union Boiler, UB Services, Nitro Electric, etc. with consolidated revenue over $200M and more than 4,000 employees during peak periods. I was the team lead from the Accounting and IT department responsible for detail review of existing contracts, pricing, and revenue recognition (including profit/loss) prior to acquisition. Team consisted of consultants as well as existing staff for both due diligence and implementation once the transaction was finalized.
