Team leader during Designing and modeling of Universal Fixture for CNC machines, capabilities in planning and developing operations also trained 3 ITI trainees for CNC department.

In-plant Training: Six month training at Indian Tool Manufacturers, Aurangabad of Birla Precision Technologies Ltd. During B.Tech final year.

B.Tech (Mechanical)

Title: Anti-theft fuel prevention system for two wheeler. Description: The Aim of the project were to study and solve the current problems that the fuel from the two wheelers is getting theft very easily. So the solution were use of Two Closed type Solenoid valve attachment to the petrol cock. Hence, by the means of wiring solenoid valves were connected to the Ignition switch and hence to the battery of the bike. For changing the Main to Reserve level One Toggle switch is used on the handle bar and model is experimented successfully. Duration: Six months in the last semester of B.Tech.
