Take charge of the clinical area for a whole or part of shifts in the absence of a senior nurse in the shift.
Maintain safety and well-being of patients in accordance with safe practice and ensure that all accidents/incidents are reports and documented.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care of patients with medical problems.
Take responsibilities for the direct delivery of patient care by promoting good standards of professional competence.
