Performs administrative duties, which include compiling reports, maintain master files up to date, and assisting other staff queries and requests pertaining to vacations, settlement, start duty.

Receives all communications into the company, including e-mail and fax, and directly communicate it to the correct departments.

Responsible also for outgoing mail, receiving of invoices and maintains mailing or contacts lists, sends internal/external memos and reminders to concern departments.
